Reviews
Awkward customer service. Neither barista seemed very social or interested in answering basic questions. I ordered an iced seasonal latte, and even though they have 16 oz cups for iced drinks, she told me that I can only order a 20 oz in the iced drinks which was way more than I needed or wanted. If you have the cup for it, why wouldn't you let a customer buy that size? We all know that the bigger cup just means more milk and ice.
The flavor was good, and I love crushed ice, so that's what my 3 stars are for. Would definitely try a different coffee shop next time.
Americano $3
Biscuit for $6
Cheesy Egg w/ a touch of honey
Add on options of bacon, turkey, avocados, salmon
Cool, chic coffee place. I ordered a mocha and was pretty decent. I won’t say the best mocha ever. Clearly I have had much better before. But at the same time pretty decent than average places. I visited in the evening, just before an hour of the coding time. So they didn’t have anything to eat. So I don’t know about any other things. They have some cool food options too for breakfast and lunch. Check this place out.
You see my other reviews and a great review at their other location (I never leave bad reviews). The Batista with yellow and orange hair was incredibly rude. I was basically asked to leave. Placed my order and was about to pay. I just asked do you take cashAp. I at is where it went down hill. I don't think the machine is set up or the app. But at this point he didn't want to be corrected and refuse a credit card or money. Then kept saying in a patronizing way "just leave". I think he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or has a problem with people with disabilities.
Kris made wonderful drinks for us, friendly staff, enjoyed it.
Came here for lunch for the first time and ordered the avocado salad. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. For $11 I would expect at a minimum to be served whole not thinly sliced cherry tomatoes, and minuscule diced red onions, not to mention that the avocado was not fresh and was sloppily thrown on my salad with what I would describe as avocado slime all over the box. I definitely will not be trying this place again as I see my experience as an $11 lesson on a place to avoid. 🤷🏽♂️ oh well live and learn.
Yesssss! All I would say is yessss if you are considering checking out this coffee shop. The French truck coffee offers some amazing coffee!
My first visit to the cafe, I was not sure what to get. One of the team members advised me on her favorite being Snickerdoodle Latte. I tried it and I was sold. Definitely will be returning soon. 🥰
Atmoshphere is relaxing with some comfortable couches and seats. You also have the leisure of sitting anywhere in crosstown concourse or checking out the art section of crosstown. Also check out the Memphis listening lab.
P.S. Definitely check out the snickerdoodle latte this Christmas season.
Such a cool place inside of the Crosstown Concourse. I had a cafe au lait with s but of honey and it was perfect! Their build a biscuit breakfast sandwiches are so good and my husband loved his salmon toast with goat cheese spread. Fantastic customer service, plenty of seating, and dog friendly!
